What's your current processing time?
My processing time is 5-10 days. This is the time is takes me to create, assemble and pack your order. Once your order has been finished, a shipping label will be created and tracking information will be sent to you. Please allow 24 hours for packages to show movement! :)
My package says delivered, but it's not here. What can we do?
Sometimes the delivery carrier marks packages as delivered a day or two early. Please allow 48 hours for packages to arrive. After that, we can both contact our local post offices and I can file a package claim. Reach out via email and we can figure it out together.
What jewelry hardware do you offer?
All of my regular earring hooks are stainless steel. This is an affordable and tarnish proof option that most people with sensitive ears can still wear. Upon request at check out, I also have leverbacks available for stretched ears and clip ons for non-pierced ears. I also offer a few pairs made with stainless steel studs to reduce the drop length on designs. If you'd like a pair made with a different hardware than shown, just drop me a message in the "notes" section of check out.
Do you take requests or customs?
If it's within my skill set, I am always up for custom requests! Customs take longer for me to work on than my usual inventory. Please reach out via email for custom requests. If I do accept the custom, please allow 24-72 hours for design mock-ups to be sent to you for approval.
As for requests, I'm always up for generic, pop culture, or witchy requests. I can also accomodate requests for certain things to be made in different materials.
Ex. If I offer guillotines in a red marble acrylic, but you see I also make pairs with blue marble and you'd like that, send me an email and as long as I have enough material, I can definitely do that for you!
